Dr. Spear started practicing pediatrics in 2002. She completed her under-graduate education at Villanova University and received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Crozer-Chester Medical Center.

Dr. Spear is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is board-certified with the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Spear resides in the Central Bucks School District with her husband, Steve, and their two children.
